Background Information

Originally from Massachusetts, Don is a long-standing New Hampshire resident and businessman. For several decades, Don owned and managed an independent property management and repair business with an impressive customer base of extremely satisfied, repeat customers. Unfortunately, an injury sustained in an auto accident brought Don’s contracting business to an end.

As a result of that injury, and several other personal experiences that led Don into the legal arena, Don was able to get a close look at how the legal system really worked against him despite the many thousands of dollars he paid to his attorneys. Ironically, Don actually fared BETTER at times when he represented himself in Court proceedings.

This “real-life education” became the foundation for Don’s current business as an independent business affiliate of The Due Process Advocate.

Business Description

Don is a serious advocate of legal reform with respect to the legal administration and adjudication of non-violent disputes (like divorce proceedings and traffic violations) that are costing defendants unmerciful amounts of money when unscrupulous attorneys get involved and/or when prosecutors choose to pursue political and economic agendas instead of justice.

As a result, Don now spends time consulting to individuals who feel they are being denied their right to be heard in fair legal proceedings. He provides the following services and materials:

Legal Research
There is hardly a personal or business problem whose cause, and resolution, doesn’t involve legal research that involves any or all of the following:
  • Case Law & Common Law
  • Statutory Law
  • Court Rules
  • Administrative & Regulatory Rules
  • Public Notices & Recordings
The ability to effectively put “pen to paper” is often the key missing link to successfully and efficiently resolving an area of concern. Below are some the basic areas of writing in which have assisted clients:
  • Demand Letters
  • Reports
  • Complaints
  • Proposals
  • Summaries
Litigation Support
In a vast majority of cases, going to court can be an unmercifully expensive experience. However, with the proper approach, you can dramatically reduce the costs of being thrust into the legal arena (with or without an attorney). These are some key areas that help clients in safely navigating their way through a wide variety of legal proceedings:
  • Pre-Legal Organization
  • Case Research
  • Case Summaries
  • Legal Referrals
  • Case Advocacy
